The Tower Hamlets project occupies a constrained ground-floor site that formerly serviced a betting shop, presenting a compact and inward-looking spatial condition. The design responds to these limitations through the careful insertion of skylights and small patio spaces, which draw natural light into the depth of the plan and introduce moments of openness within the tight footprint.
